Lars Fuller, Esq.

Founding Partner

Lars Fuller obtained both a B.S. in Chemistry and a J.D. from Santa Clara University. He established The Fuller Law Firm, PC in Oct. 1990 and grew it to the three lawyer firm that it is today. He has represented thousands of debtors in bankruptcy matters. These days he meets and advises clients during the initial consultation, and handles Chapter 11 and complex Chapter 13 cases and oversees operations.

Organizations that provide Continuing Legal Education for attorneys often ask Lars to teach bankruptcy law in their Continuing Legal Education courses. From time to time, when his schedule permitted, Lars has done so. Lars is always happy to give back to his favorite field of law, and intends to continue teaching the continuing education classes to the extent his schedule permits.

Sam Taherian, Esq.

Partner

Sam Taherian’s diverse educational background include a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Masters of Science degree in Computer Engineering, both earned at San Jose State University, in addition to his law degree, earned at the California Western School of Law.

Also licensed as a patent attorney, Sam’s experience includes patent law, trademark litigation, complex business litigation, as well as hardware and software design and senior-level management in Silicon Valley companies.

Sam meets and advises clients during initial consultations, handles chapter 13 cases, and makes most of the court appearances for The Fuller Law Firm, PC.

Sam was formerly a member of the board of directors of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum, a non-profit mutual benefit corporation, that seeks to disseminate information, provide public service and education and promote cooperation and efficiency in the bankruptcy and insolvency fields in the greater bay area.

Joyce K. Lau, Esq.

Junior Partner

Joyce K. Lau is a Junior Partner in The Fuller Law Firm, PC. She concentrates her practice on bankruptcy.

Miss Lau received her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2009, where she served as research editor of the Santa Clara Law Review. While she was in law school, she was a judicial extern for Justice Nathan Mihara of the California Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District . She received her M. Phil. and B.Sc. in Biology from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
